Fall of 2018 - After a 20 year career in a totally different field, I started my business. In my corporate job, I was given an ultimatum that ultimately ended that career.

I went to ask about a baking business in June of 2019,
Started the business Nov.21, 2019 while working for the restaurant and growing my business. -
building the business
2020. - I did take the job and stayed working in her kitchen while starting, growing and operating my business for 4 years.

bigger steps
2022. - Me, I was/ am the number 1 obstacle. It took 4 years to gain confidence in the recipes I routinely use and the confidence in my skills I’ve developed as a baker. I was in my head a lot and it held me back from taking risks to do things that might’ve been great.
