Professionally I am a baker. I donโt make anything โnormalโ I like to think of myself as a baker who makes โuniquely Delicious bakery necessitiesโ. I make interesting flavors of cookies like Orange ricotta chocolate chip and hibiscus lemon sugar cookies. I want people to be intrigued and interested in something new.
Ability to learn – I wanted to experiment and learn about new recipes and new flavors. The restaurant I worked in had all sorts of ingredients that I could use. I made lavender honey cupcakes. Then were a hit. I donโt make chocolate chip cookies but I did learn how to make and maintain a sourdough starter and do make sourdough chocolate chunk cookies. I learned how to make a recipe from a cookbook that makes 24 cookies into a recipe that makes 240 cookies
